The Legend of Zelda™: Tears of the Kingdom The Golden Conjunction

Nintendo is going to solve the biggest problem in the game – “Tears of the Kingdom”.

First, let’s get some introduction about what Nintendo is and what it has done in past years.

Nintendo Co. Ltd. is a Japanese multinational video game company headquartered in Kyoto, Japan. It develops, publishes and releases both video games and video game consoles.

Originally created as Nintendo Koppai in 1889 by master craftsman “Fusajiro Yamauchi,” Nintendo was known for its handcrafted hanafuda – Japanese playing cards.

Nintendo distributed its first console, the Color TV Game, in 1977. It gained international recognition with the release of Donkey Kong in 1981 and the Nintendo Entertainment System and Super Mario Bros. in 1985.

Nintendo gained international recognition and became well-known worldwide by releasing the following projects –

  • In 1977, Nintendo released the Color TV Game, their debut console.
  • In 1981, Donkey King.
  • In 1985, Super Mario Bros. and the Nintendo Entertainment System.
  • Its numerous major franchises include Mario, Donkey Kong, The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Fire Emblem, Kirby, Star Fox, Pokémon, Super Smash Bros., Animal Crossing, Xenoblade Chronicles, and Splatoon.

As of March 2023, the company had sold over 836 million hardware units and over 5.592 billion video games worldwide.

In 2023, for the Nintendo Switch, Nintendo developed and released “The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom” which is an action-adventure game. The player will play the role of Link (protagonist) and the player must stop Ganondorf (antagonist) from destroying Hyrule (a large kingdom in the game) while searching for Princess Zelda.

The company and players are facing some issues in the game and lack interest in solving puzzles which creates a problem for the game. So eliminating all non-physics items and making everything physics-driven was Nintendo’s answer to many of its problems.

The two primary objectives that guided the team is – to design a system where special interactions occur naturally without the need for specific implementation and to create a world that is fully driven by physics.

According to developers, the idea behind Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom is “multiplicative gameplay,” in which objects and actions combine to create an infinite number of possible outcomes.

With the tools Nintendo has provided, players can go completely crazy in the Kingdom of Hyrule. Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom feels very unique because it almost seems as though the developer wants players to completely explore its world.

With the powers of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, players can build anything they wish to solve any problem that comes up. They can put together bridges that span the horizon, build their own race car, build a massive bomber plane to take out swarms of Bokoblins and build a Trojan Horse to sneak into Hyrule Castle.

Overall the game is updated with new features and additional changes are made to improve the gameplay and it will increase the curiosity of players.
